I got busy and forgot about Administrative Professionals Day (it is right after the tax deadline every year). Mylords called me to remind me and were able to do the order over the phone right then and there. It made everything so easy. They had the addresses I sent it to last year (some employees work at home) and what I got last year.

For Mothers Day, I had the special cake box that deploys 8 paper butterflies and an arrangement of flowers. My mom showed me a video of it and she was giddy with joy and surprise. Thanks for excellent service! It was sent on time for Mother’s Day weekend.

MyLords had difficulty getting a bouquet of flowers delivered to a residence because I did not have the recipient’s current phone number. They were kind enough to keep trying to make the delivery. A fresh bouquet was finally delivered a couple weeks later. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations! I was so grateful and pleased and would recommend their business highly!
